It would be incomplete of me to leave this web site without referring to the many years of my life I dedicated not just to poetry, but to photography as a serious art form and also to the post-millennium years, during which I have been engaged in digital art, using the art-name: e-brink. The short slideshow above depicts a very small example of both photographic and digital imagery. For those of you who would like to see more of my work there are two sites linked to this one that give a broader account of each discipline. These links are www.e-brink.co.uk which presents the 3D art, and www.peterhaguephotography.com which displays a selection of my photographs. Both sites have a number of categories for the various subjects that art becomes entangled with, particularly the digital art site, which covers subjects such as Fantasy, Science Fiction, Sea and Ships and various emotional, technical and human concerns.

The Candle
The candle’s light reveals all when it strikes the closest wall. But when it strikes the closest face a deeper shadow takes its place. A deeper dark, lit by shapes – the flickering expressions emotion makes.
Of course, there is a great deal more to it, if you take the whole of my life in art into account, but for now let's look towards the future and to the poetry and writing and see just how brightly things shine and how dark we have to bake the bread of what is, on the face of it, no more than tales of everyday life detailed with emotion and tariffs.
